WEBINAR: More than a glue for fiber
While the static burst strength of Type IV composite pressure vessels is dominated by the high strength of the carbon fibers, there are as well a lot of certification requirements that can be influenced by a high-performance matrix system.
This Webinar will discuss the potentials of high-performance epoxy systems to improve the reliability of composite pressure vessels and potentially even to save the consumption of precious carbon fibers. OLIN LITESTONE® System for rebar
Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) rebar has emerged as sustainable, lightweight, a corrosion resistant alternative to conventional steel-rebar. Minimizing the presence of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during pultrusion of FRP rebar is key, not only for process and operator safety, but also for realizing the full potential of sustainable, large scale FRP rebar manufacturing.
